Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and issues in both English and Spanish, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred.
