- Manage Payables and Receivables: Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Track Expenses: Monitor and categorize business expenses.
- Process Payroll: Assist in payroll processing.
- Prepare Reports: Generate financial statements and reports.
- Support Tax Preparation: Assist with tax filings.
- Use Accounting Software: Utilize tools like QuickBooks or Xero.
- Collaborate: Work with team members and clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
